JOB OVERVIEW

FINE Group Entertainment

We are a global entertainment group working across music, comedy and other ventures. We are looking for someone to run our digital advertising across clients utilizing our AI native tools and building on them.

This is not a role for someone who uses ChatGPT sometimes. AI fluency is the point of the seat. You will be running agents, evaluating them, managing them in conjunction with digital ad strategy and campaigns across our clients.

The advertising

Running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube etc including monitoring current campaigns, setup, audience and targeting, budget pacing, creative testing, optimisation and reporting. Launching campaigns behind releases, tours, specials and brand partnerships, often several at once and on short notice. Reading the data daily and moving spend to what is working, not to what was working last week. Owning the reporting that tells us what a campaign actually returned.

The AI

Building on agents that do defined jobs and then proving they do them well.

That means designing them and scoping a task narrowly enough that an agent can understand it, writing the prompts and system instructions, wiring them into the data they need, whether that is the ad platform APIs, our sheets, our dashboards or our own content library.

It means analysing them meticulously. Reading agent output and transcripts to find where they drift, hallucinate, or quietly do the wrong thing. Understanding whether a prompt change improved things or just 'felt better'.

Running your agent team that pull Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube reporting into one daily view and flag what changed. Agents that watch creative fatigue and tell us when an asset is burning out. Agents that generate and vary ad copy and hooks at volume, then rank the variants. Utilizing your own taste and gut feel along with real data from agents that can watch long-form sets, podcasts, sessions, interviews and short-form and score the clips against our external creative team clips for likely performance before we spend. Agents that analyze sentiment at scale across our clients and tell us what is actually landing. Agents that tag creative by attribute so we can see which attributes drive performance rather than guessing.

What you need

Real, demonstrable AI fluency. You prompt well, you know what these tools can and cannot do, and you have built things with them that other people use. Deep hands-on experience running paid social and search with real budgets. A sharp eye for creative that performs, and the judgement to kill your own work when the data says so. Comfort with data and the habit of proving what worked rather than asserting it. The pace to keep up in a business running several things at once.

Nice to have

Experience in music, entertainment or media. Short-form video and clipping know-how. Any coding or automation background with Python, APIs, Zapier, n8n, or whatever you have used to make systems talk to each other. Experience writing evals or testing model output systematically. Grokbot, Claude, Open AI experience as well.

Why this one is different

You will not be plugging campaigns into someone else's playbook. There is no perfected existing AI stack here for you to inherit and maintain. Instead you are taking the native tools we have created and systematically improving on them. Real tools, real budgets, real room to shape how we do this. If you want to be at the point where AI and marketing actually meet, rather than posting about it.

How to apply

Send a short note on the best campaign you have run, the numbers it did, and how you used your knowledge and taste combined with AI tools to do it. Then tell us about one agent or automation you have built, what it does, and how you know it works. Show us examples and evidence. Apply to an example of one of our clients with a campaign you would run with real targets and budgets and explain why that is needed.
