About Us
We’re a growing digital marketing agency that manages cross-platform campaigns for clients across multiple industries. We focus on driving measurable ROI through precise targeting, creative execution, and ongoing optimization. We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team full-time and exclusively manage client ad campaigns on Google and Meta
Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to guide campaign strategy
- Write and test ad copy and creative variations to improve CTR and conversion rates
- Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative for ROI
- Install and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, etc.)
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting with insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the team to align ad campaigns with landing pages, funnels, and overall marketing strategy
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (SEM, Display, PMax, YouTube)
- Proven experience with Meta Ads
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and events setup (Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager)
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms’ policies and compliance requirements
- Experience with ad copywriting and creative testing
- Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and campaign attribution a plus
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Employment Details
Type: Full-time, long-term, exclusive (you may not work for other agencies/clients while employed)
Hours: 40 hours per week (some overlap with U.S. business hours required)
Compensation: $900 – $1,500 USD per month (depending on experience and performance history)
