The Mission
At Integrity Home Exteriors, our mission is to build trust through education, integrity, and service excellence. We are the "Home Exterior Expert" for Toledo and Farmington Hills, and we need an Elite Google Ads Specialist to ensure that when a homeowner searches for a "reputable roofing contractor," they find us first.
The Role
We aren't looking for a generalist. We need a specialist who lives in the Google Ads dashboard. You will be responsible for managing a high-intent budget focused on Roofing, Windows, and Gutters.
Your "Elite" Responsibilities:
Precision Bidding: Manage and scale Search campaigns with a heavy focus on "Roofing Contractor" and "Roofing Companies" keywords.
LSA Management: Oversee our Google Local Services Ads (GLSA) to maintain our 5-star reputation and "Gold Standard" presence.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work with our SEO Manager to ensure landing pages are "Informing" and "Guiding" homeowners toward a quote.
Negative Keyword Mastery: Perform daily audits to prune junk traffic and protect the budget.
Meta Support: Maintain our "Social Proof" via Meta ads, ensuring brand consistency and retargeting homeowners who have visited our site.
Data Integrity: Ensure Hubspot and Google Tag Manager are communicating perfectly so we can track every "Win."
What We’re Looking For
The Search Expert: You understand that in roofing, 2:00 AM searches are often "emergency leaks" and 2:00 PM searches are "researchers." You know how to bid accordingly.
Integrity-Driven: You treat our ad spend like it’s your own money.
Detailed Execution: You don't just "set and forget." You are methodical, testing headlines and descriptions constantly.
Values Fit: You resonate with our Christian values of honesty, excellence, and serving others.
Requirements
Proven track record in Google Search Ads (Local Service Area Business experience is a huge plus).
Expertise in Google Tag Manager and Hubspot tracking.
High-level English (both written and verbal) for weekly syncs.
Ability to work US EST hours to respond to market shifts in real-time.
Required Application Questions
1. The Negative Keyword Test: We are looking for "Elite" roofing leads ($15k - $50k projects). List 5 specific negative keywords you would add to a campaign to ensure we aren't wasting money on unqualified leads.
2. The Data Stack: On a scale of 1–10, how comfortable are you with Google Tag Manager and HubSpot? Briefly describe one time you used GTM to solve a conversion tracking issue.
3. The LSA Strategy: If our Google Local Services Ads (LSA) are "maxed out" for the week, what is the first thing you look at in the dashboard to maintain our lead flow?
