JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing agency (Alaska time zone – 1 hour behind PST) hiring an experienced Digital Ads Manager to fully own Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising for multiple client brands across different industries.

This role is for someone who can handle the entire lifecycle of paid media: ideation, creative concepts, design, campaign buildout, optimization, and reporting. You must be comfortable moving fluidly between strategy and execution.
You will be responsible for both thinking and doing. This includes creating ad creative using Adobe tools, presenting campaign ideas and performance clearly in Google Docs and Sheets, building and managing campaigns inside ad platforms, and delivering clear monthly reporting with actionable insights.

Strong proficiency with modern AI tools is required. You should be highly comfortable using AI models to generate ideas, concepts, angles, creative variations, and efficiencies across workflows.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is self-directed, organized, and able to take ownership of campaigns while also following clear instructions and brand guidelines when provided.
We’re also open to working with someone who is interested in a fixed-fee structure (flat monthly fee per client, per ad campaign), allowing high performers to earn more per hour as efficiency improves - while still keeping the door open for hourly work where appropriate.

Responsibilities
Own Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads accounts end-to-end.
Develop campaign strategy, targeting, budgets, and testing frameworks.
Ideate and develop ad concepts, hooks, angles, and creative directions.
Design static ad creatives using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign.
Use AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, copy variants, and concept development.
Present campaign concepts, creative, and strategy clearly in Google Docs and Sheets for internal and client review.
Build, launch, and manage campaigns inside Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Monitor performance daily and weekly and optimize toward client goals such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing of audiences, creatives, formats, and messaging.
Produce clear, concise monthly performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations.
Work across multiple brands and industries simultaneously without quality drop-off.
Communicate and collaborate using Slack and structured workflows.

Required Skills
Strong experience managing paid media in an agency or multi-brand environment.
Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram.
Deep familiarity with the backend setup and administration of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, including account structure, business managers, pixels/conversion APIs, tracking, permissions, and integrations.
Ability to independently build, manage, and optimize campaigns from scratch.
Strong creative instincts and the ability to think in concepts, angles, and hooks.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides, for planning and reporting.
Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization levers.
High level of comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, image generation models, and other modern AI workflows.
Ability to manage deadlines, switch between brands quickly, and stay highly organized.
Clear written communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have
Experience creating or managing YouTube ad creative.
Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects.
Landing page or conversion rate optimization familiarity.
Website (Wordpress, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Shopify, etc) experience.
Zapier or automation experience.
Advanced Slack usage and workflow organization.

Working Arrangement
Part-time, remote (Philippines).
Must overlap some with Alaska Standard Time (GMT -9, 1 hour behind PST). Communication must at least partially overlap with 9am-6pm Alaska time, so that we can communicate back and forth. Most of your work can be done on your own time, during your day-time work hours.
Long-term role for the right, trustworthy, high-performing candidate.
