We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Role Overview
Help set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Monitor ad performance and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Conduct keyword research and optimize bidding strategies
Test different ad copies, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance
Support the marketing team in campaign planning and optimization
Learn and implement tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (less experienced candidates are welcome)
Basic knowledge of keyword research and bidding strategies
Familiarity with Google Analytics or tracking tools is a plus
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
Basic English communication skills
