JOB OVERVIEW

Role: Development Support Specialist

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful person to support fundraising, donor engagement, events, and other Development-related projects..

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order from chaos, solving problems, and taking ownership of projects. We are a growing organization, which means not everything has a step-by-step process yet. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, can think independently, and enjoys building systems and improving workflows.

Responsibilities
- Support donor and sponsor outreach efforts
- Conduct research on prospective donors, sponsors, and partners
- Track follow-ups and maintain CRM records
- Assist with fundraising campaigns and other Development-related projects
- Help coordinate events and donor experiences
- Create and improve systems, processes, and workflows
- Provide administrative and project support related to Development initiatives

Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently
- Experience with fundraising, CRM systems, events, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required

Position Details
Full-time, remote position
