Development and Digital Marketing Specialist
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 20-30 hours per week. Shift may be required to start as early as 4AM PH Time

Position Overview:
The Business Development & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for expanding the company’s online presence and driving business growth through digital marketing, networking, lead generation, and sales initiatives. This role focuses on building relationships with potential clients and business partners, managing online platforms and social media, creating advertising campaigns, and converting leads into clients.
Other Skills / Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•Proven experience in business development, sales, digital marketing, or lead generation.
•Strong understanding of online marketing platforms, social media management, and digital advertising (e.g.,
•Experience in B2B and B2P networking, client outreach, and relationship building.
•Demonstrated ability to generate, track, and convert leads into clients or business opportunities.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple campaigns, leads, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience working with professional services, legal, immigration, or consulting firms is an advantage but not required.
•Must be knowledgeable in google SEO and with sales experience.
Duties:
•Prepare, implement, and oversee online, B2B, and B2P networking strategies to generate new business opportunities.
•Create, manage, and optimize digital advertisements across online platforms, websites, and social media channels.
•Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and content posting.
•Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and partner businesses with the help of the marketing and sales team.
•Oversee the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of leads, conversions, and campaign performance using appropriate tools and reports.
•Reach out to, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients, partners, and businesses through
