JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for an experienced developer to build a web-based lead-generation and automated outreach system that works with Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

The web app should allow multiple clients/businesses to log in, choose their target niche and location, find qualified leads, collect the business name and business email, and automatically send personalized outreach.

The system should:

• Monitor permitted Facebook and Instagram sources for people or businesses actively looking for specific services.

• Use AI and keywords to detect and qualify relevant posts or profiles based on service, niche, and location.

• Use Google APIs and/or Google Maps data to find businesses in specific niches and locations.

• Collect the required lead information:
Business Name
Business Email

• Verify that the email is valid before saving or sending outreach.

• Remove duplicate leads so the same business is not contacted multiple times.

• Save qualified leads inside the client’s account in the web app.

• Store relevant source information such as Facebook post link, Instagram profile/post link, or Google business information when available.

• Automatically generate and send personalized outreach emails using the client’s saved outreach template and business information.
