About Us
We are a small, fast-moving design company producing a high volume of visual assets for client projects. Our work is highly visual and detail-driven, and our standard is simple: nothing goes out the door unless it looks right. As we scale our output, we need a second pair of eyes to make sure quality never slips.

The Role
You will be our Quality Control VA for design output. You are the checkpoint between production and delivery. Your job is to review visual assets against a clear checklist and catch what others miss - inconsistencies, sloppy details, anything that looks off or doesn't match the brief.

This is not a design role. You will not be creating assets from scratch. You will be reviewing, flagging, documenting, and occasionally requesting or triggering revisions.

What You'll Do
- Review design and visual output against our internal quality checklist
- Flag errors: inconsistencies, artifacts, wrong proportions, off-brand elements, typos, formatting issues
- Fix the issues you find yourself - correcting, cleaning up, and re-rendering assets until they meet our standard
- Do final checks before delivery to make sure files are complete and correctly formatted
- Help us improve and refine the QC checklist over time

What We're Looking For
- An exceptionally good eye. You notice when something is slightly off, even if you can't immediately say why.
- Precision and consistency. You follow a checklist the same way on item #1 and item #200.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (image generation, AI-assisted editing, or similar). You should understand what typical AI output errors look like.
- Reliable written and spoken English
- Comfortable with repetitive, focused review work - this role rewards patience
- Reliable internet connection and a computer that can display visual work properly

Nice to Have
- Background in graphic design, photo editing, or video
- Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar
- Previous QA or quality control experience of any kind
