JOB OVERVIEW
Are you a highly organized and dependable virtual assistant who takes ownership of tasks and follows through every time? We’re hiring a long-term virtual assistant to support our chiropractic education and event brand, Mile High.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, follows instructions carefully, communicates clearly, and completes tasks on time without reminders.

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Mile High is a chiropractic leadership and event brand focused on in-person events, podcast content, and industry education. You’ll work directly with the operations manager and collaborate with a small, efficient team.

WORK SCHEDULE
Part-time: 15-20 hours per week
Required hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
You must be available during these hours. This is not a flexible schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep task lists and project boards (Asana) organized and up to date

Communicate daily via Slack with task check-ins and updates

Schedule weekly social media posts using Metricool

Upload podcast episodes using Descript

Upload and format content in Aweber

Manage event details and updates in EventLeaf

Send outreach emails and texts to previous event attendees or warm leads using templates

Track replies and responses in shared spreadsheets or CRMs

Provide basic Canva support (resizing, simple edits—no advanced design)

Follow detailed SOPs and meet all weekly task deadlines

Support occasional content uploads in Kajabi

REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or project support role

Comfortable with written sales outreach via text and email

Excellent written English and strong attention to detail

Fast learner with solid tech skills and ability to follow SOPs

Takes initiative and communicates clearly when something is unclear

Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
