JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Design & Processing Coordinator to join our remote team supporting our Australian heating and cooling operations.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and timely quotes for domestic and builder jobs
- Experience with using AroFlo and Plandroid is an advantage.
- Create system layouts, zoning plans and material lists for all job types
- Ensure jobs are correctly processed and costed with all charges accurately included in purchase orders
- Review designs for accuracy and ensure consistency across all quoting and processing tasks
- Develop, maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures for sales, design and processing workflows
- Identify issues early in the quoting or processing stage to ensure error-free job files
- Assist with variations, redesigns and technical queries from builders and installers
- Provide process and system support to internal teams as required
- Any other tasks reasonably directed and related to sales and processing

What we're looking for
- should have 4-5 years experience in HVAC Design & layout
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans
- Must have experience in HVAC layout design and processing
- Experience with AroFlo or similar job management systems (preferred)
- Experience with Plandroid or similar quoting/takeoff tools (preferred)
- Strong written English and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a process-driven working style
