JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Part-Time (with potential to grow)

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Design Assistant to help support the visual systems behind a growing beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle media brand.

This role will support both the Tiff Benson brand and Between Sprays, helping create and maintain visual consistency across editorial content, social media, YouTube, newsletters, and digital publishing platforms.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. We’re looking for someone who understands how visual content functions across modern media channels and can help build repeatable design systems that scale.

Responsibilities

* Design and maintain visual systems across multiple platforms
* Create blog hero images and editorial graphics
* Design YouTube thumbnails
* Create Instagram Story graphics, carousel graphics, and promotional assets
* Support Pinterest pin design and formatting
* Create templates and systems that can be reused by the team
* Assist with newsletter and Substack visual formatting
* Organize and manage design assets
* Help maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
* Collaborate on creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling

Ideal Candidate

You:

* Have a strong design portfolio
* Understand digital publishing and content creation
* Know how design changes across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, newsletters, blogs, etc.)
* Have experience creating thumbnails, hero images, social graphics, and editorial layouts
* Have strong typography and layout skills
* Understand visual hierarchy and storytelling
* Are highly organized and system-oriented
* Can follow established brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas
* Are proactive, reliable, and responsive
* Have an interest in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or editorial media

Software Experience

Preferred experience with:

* Canva
* Adobe Creative Suite
* Photoshop
* Illustrator
* Figma
