**About BuiltWell Group**
BuiltWell Group is a fast-growing residential renovation general contractor based in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. We serve homeowners, real estate investors, and institutional clients across exterior and interior renovation — decks, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, full remodels, and more. We are building a business that operates differently than every other contractor in our market: faster, more professional, and more thorough at every step. We are currently expanding our back-office team to support rapid growth and are looking for a sharp, design-minded VA to become a core part of what we are building.
---
**Position: Design, Architecture & Sales Support VA (Part-Time)**
**Location:** Remote
**Hours:** 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (20 hours per week)
**Compensation:** $400/month base + $30–$50 performance bonus per closed sale your package contributed to
**Growth:** Hours and compensation increase directly with our sales volume — this role grows as we grow
---
**What You Will Do**
Within 48 hours of every client walk, you build the presentation that closes the deal. You receive field measurements, photos, technical notes from our specialist, and scope notes from our salesperson — and you turn all of it into a professional, personalized presentation package that includes a 3D render of the finished project, three tiered pricing options, and a payment breakdown through our financing partner Hearth. You also prepare briefing documents for our salesperson before every presentation appointment and every contract appointment.
This is not a general VA role. You need architectural or design background, construction literacy, and the ability to produce clean, accurate, visually compelling work to a hard deadline every single time.
---
**Your Core Deliverables**
- 3D renders — 2 polished, photorealistic variations per project specific to the client's home and style
- Three-tier presentation package — Good / Better / Best with full scope, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions per tier
- Payment breakdown — Hearth monthly estimates for each tier based on the client's current funding status
- Appointment 2 briefing — delivered the evening before, covering client priorities, recommended lead tier, financing status, and anticipated objections
- Appointment 3 briefing — delivered the morning of, covering chosen tier, funding confirmation, deposit structure, and contract scope
- Design asset library — before/after renders and marketing graphics for every completed project
---
**What You Need**
- Background in architecture, interior design, construction management, or a closely related field — required
- Strong visual design sense and Canva Pro proficiency
- Experience with AI rendering tools (REimagineHome, Cedreo, or similar) or strong ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of renovation materials and finish levels — you know the difference between standard, mid-grade, and premium
- Hard deadline reliability — 5pm on production day is a promise, not a target
- Availability during US Eastern business hours, specifically Wednesday and Friday afternoons for approval windows
- Fluent written English
---
**The Performance Structure**
Your base compensation is $400 per month for 20 hours per week. Every sale that closes from a package you built earns you a $30–$50 bonus on top of that. There is no cap. As BuiltWell's private renovation volume grows — which it is doing aggressively — your hours increase first, then your rate. The right person for this role will not be at 20 hours per week for long.
---
**To Apply**
Send us a brief paragraph on your design or architectural background, one example of a presentation or visual project you have produced, and your availability. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid 48-hour skills test — a real intake form, a real brief, and a real deadline. That test is the interview.
