JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

We are a family owned dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care and building long-term relationships with our patients. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Scheduling Coordinator to help keep our hygiene and doctor schedules full while providing a warm, professional experience for our patients.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for proactive patient outreach and schedule management. You’ll be contacting patients who are overdue for hygiene visits and following up with patients who have outstanding treatment plans, helping ensure our doctors’ schedules remain optimized and productive.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm hygiene and doctor appointments

Proactively call patients overdue for hygiene visits

Contact patients with unscheduled or outstanding treatment plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in Dentrix

Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients by phone

Requirements

Dental office experience required

Proficiency with Dentrix (mandatory)

Strong phone communication and customer service skills

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Previous remote dental scheduling experience

Strong understanding of hygiene and restorative scheduling strategies

Comfort with outbound calling and patient follow-up
