Schedule: Monday–Friday, CST hours
Between 7am-8pm (To be determined)

We are seeking detail-oriented Dental Claims Auditors to review and audit dental insurance claims with a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidates will be highly analytical, able to read and interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs), and confident communicating with insurance carriers regarding claim details and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
-Review, analyze, and audit dental insurance claims for accuracy and compliance
-Read and interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) to identify discrepancies, denials, and underpayments
-Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status, corrections, and clarifications
-Compare claim data against EOBs and system records to ensure accuracy
-Identify, document, and report errors or inconsistencies in claim processing
-Accurately update and maintain claim records using internal systems
-Work closely with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications
-Strong auditing skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
-Solid understanding of dental terminology and dental procedures
-Experience reading and interpreting Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)
-Proficiency in Excel (data entry, tracking, basic formulas preferred)
-Working knowledge of Denticon
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with insurance representatives
-Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
-Previous experience in dental billing, dental claims auditing, or insurance follow-up
-Experience working with dental insurance carriers
-Familiarity with claim appeals and resolution processes
