Dental Case Intake Specialist (Licensed Dentist Required)

Part-Time ? Full-Time Track

Snap Dental Labs is a fast-growing, tech-enabled full-service dental laboratory serving
hundreds of clinics across the U.S. and Canada. We specialize in crowns, bridges, implants,
nightguards, orthodontics, and more — with aggressive turnaround times and high production
standards.

We are hiring a Dental Case Intake Specialist (DDS/DMD Required).

This is a clinical gatekeeper role.
You will be the first line of quality protection before cases go into production.

Position Structure
This role will begin as:
• 4–5 hours per day
• Approximately 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)
• Hourly compensation

However:
This position is designed to scale to full-time in the near future.

You must be willing and able to transition to full-time (40+ hours/week) as volume increases.
This is not a permanent part-time role.

If you are only looking for side income or limited hours long-term, this is not the right fit.

Core Responsibilities
• Review incoming digital impressions (3Shape, iTero, Medit, etc.)
• Interpret and verify Rx prescriptions
• Confirm correct case type classification
• Assign correct internal product codes
• Route cases correctly to manufacturing
• Maintain strict quality and documentation standards

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• DDS / DMD degree (or international equivalent)
• Active or previously active dental license
• Strong crown & bridge knowledge
• Ability to independently evaluate digital scans
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern hours

Exocad familiarity is a strong plus.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $7 per hour
