Full-Time Remote Dental Billing Specialist (Philippines)

Company: Mint Dental Billing Experts
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $850 USD per month
Schedule: Monday–Friday (U.S. business hours)

Mint Dental Billing Experts is looking for an experienced Dental Billing Specialist to join our team. We are seeking someone who can confidently step into the role with minimal training and has a strong understanding of U.S. dental insurance billing.

Responsibilities
Insurance payment posting
Insurance aging follow-up
Insurance verification
Patient billing
Claim submission and follow-up
Processing EOBs, EFTs, virtual credit cards, and insurance adjustments
Communicating with insurance companies
Other dental revenue cycle tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2.5 years of U.S. dental billing experience
Proficient in:
Open Dental
Dentrix
Dentrix Ascend
Strong understanding of:
PPO dental insurance
Insurance verification
Payment posting
Insurance aging
Coordination of Benefits (COB)
Claim submission and follow-up
Reading and interpreting EOBs
Patient ledgers and adjustments
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable computer and high-speed internet

Your experience is only in medical billing.
