About the role:
We are hiring a hands on demand generation specialist to run and improve our lead generation engine. This is not a social media or content role. You will manage Google Ads, run outbound campaigns, keep the CRM clean, and report weekly performance.
Responsibilities:
Execute inbound and outbound campaigns
Build lead lists using Apollo and ZoomInfo
Run outbound sequences via
Monitor deliverability, replies, and list quality and fix issues fast
Take over Google Ads from an external vendor within 30 to 60 days
Build and optimize ads end to end (keywords, bids, budgets, tracking, landing page alignment)
Manage SEO VA or vendor tasks and deadlines
Ensure leads are captured, tagged, and routed correctly in the CRM
Send weekly reporting: leads by source, CPL, response rates, lead status gaps, what improved, what broke
Requirements:
2 to 5 years in demand gen, marketing ops, or performance marketing
Hands on Google Ads ownership experience
Apollo and or ZoomInfo experience
Comfortable with outbound systems
Strong CRM hygiene skills (tagging, routing, attribution)
Detail oriented, accountable, process driven
Comfortable managing VAs or vendors
