Summary:
I’m looking for a hands-on HubSpot implementation developer to work with me on an ongoing basis.
This is not a strategy or consulting role.
Your core job is to take clearly scoped tasks, ask thoughtful clarification questions when needed, and execute them cleanly in HubSpot.
You’ll be working directly with me. I design the systems and logic. You build them correctly.
This role suits someone who has already built HubSpot environments from scratch, understands how different hubs interact, and can move fast without breaking data integrity.
What You’ll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)
• Building and maintaining HubSpot workflows (Sales, Marketing & Operations)
• Creating and managing:
• Custom properties (with correct data types & logic)
• Deal, Contact, Company & Custom Object automations
• Lead routing & ownership logic
• Lifecycle stage & pipeline logic
• Implementing reporting & dashboards:
• Sales performance
• Funnel conversion
• Pipeline health
• Activity & productivity tracking
• Working across all HubSpot hubs:
• Sales Hub
• Marketing Hub
• Operations Hub
• Service Hub (where relevant)
• Supporting integrations and data flows (Stripe, forms, external tools where required)
• Executing daily task lists with minimal hand-holding

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
You must have:
• Proven experience building HubSpot systems, not just using them
• Strong understanding of:
• Workflow logic
• Re-enrolment criteria
• Property syncing & precedence
• Data hygiene
• Experience working with:
• Multiple pipelines
• Complex lifecycle logic
• Custom objects
• Confidence working independently once requirements are clear
If you’ve only done light CRM admin work or basic
Nice to Have (Bonus)
• Experience with:
• Stripe / payments logic
• Deal-to-invoice style flows
• Reporting for leadership / revenue tracking
• Familiarity with automation-first system design
• Comfort working with structured SOPs and logic diagrams
