JOB OVERVIEW

My content is POV-style short-form filmed on Meta smart glasses, and I produce at high volume — hundreds of videos per month across campaigns.

I'm looking for ONE dedicated CapCut editor to grow with long-term. Not a one-off gig.

What you'll do:

Take my base clips + a written spec and produce hook variations (text hook, timing, trimming, export)
Follow my locked editing style EXACTLY — font, spacing, and format are already d ---------- . No creative freestyling, just clean execution of the spec
Name every file using my ID system and log it in a shared tracker
Turn around batches within 24 hours

Volume & pay:

Piece rate. Trial rate is $0.25 per video for the first batch
Rate increases quickly with speed and accuracy — my best-case editor is doing high volume at a higher rate within weeks
Each video is 3-5 minutes of work once you know the template. This is repetitive, high-volume work — you earn by being fast and consistent
Weekly pay, GCash or your preference
Expected volume: ---------- + videos/month as we scale

Requirements:

Strong CapCut skills (mobile or desktop)
Follows written instructions exactly — this matters more than creativity
Reliable internet, responsive on messages
Available for consistent daily/weekly volume
