JOB OVERVIEW

Prime Recovery LLC is a third-party consumer debt collection agency based in the United States. We operate with strict FDCPA compliance and specialize in the recovery of defaulted installment loan and credit card accounts.

We are currently hiring a remote Debt Collector who is fluent in English, disciplined, and ready to contribute to a high-performance recovery team.

Job Requirements:
MUST HAVE 3rd PARTY DEBT COLLECTION EXPERIENCE
Fluent spoken and written English
Must be available during U.S. business hours
Stable high-speed internet connection with a STATIC IP ADDRESS
Windows computer (preferably with dual monitors)
Highly organized, able to manage tasks independently
Self-motivated and results-driven
Open to training and coaching to meet performance benchmarks
Must submit a 1–2 minute voice recording introducing yourself in English

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to consumers regarding overdue installment loans
Document all call results and debtor responses clearly in system notes
Monitor and flag broken promises, skipped payments, or refusals
Assist in reviewing payment arrangements for accuracy and compliance
Locate and verify updated contact information using online tools
Upload and organize call recordings as part of account documentation
Track settlement approvals, payment plan progress, and status updates

This is a long-term position with performance-based incentives. You’ll be part of a serious, compliance-first recovery agency with room to grow and contribute meaningfully to our success.
