Dealership Research & Outreach Assistant
Remote — Philippines | ₱130 per hour

Approved Wheels helps automotive dealerships follow up with customers and book appointments. We’re looking for a detail-oriented researcher with confident spoken English to help us identify dealerships and reach the right business contacts in the United States.

This is an ongoing, permanent role with hourly pay. Weekly hours vary according to business needs and will be agreed in advance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Research franchise dealerships and dealership groups, starting in Georgia, USA.
• Verify dealership names, brands, websites, locations, and main phone numbers.
• Call dealership front desks to confirm the General Manager or General Sales Manager’s name and request their business contact details.
• Record verified information directly in our CRM.
• Include research sources and verification dates.
• Check for duplicates before adding records.
• Record call outcomes, research notes, and contact restrictions.
• Flag missing or uncertain information rather than guessing.
• Follow up on incomplete records and submit completed research for review.

Your focus is business research and contact verification. Sales pitching and closing are handled by our founder. You will not be calling consumers or collecting credit information.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Clear spoken and written English.
• Confidence making short, professional calls to US businesses.
• Strong online research skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and learning a CRM.
• Reliable follow-through and organized recordkeeping.
• A computer, quality headset, and quiet calling environment.
• Reliable broadband internet suitable for clear voice calls; a backup connection is preferred.
• Availability for agreed overnight shifts aligned with US dealership business hours.

Experience in BPO, virtual assistance, research, BDC, or automotive work is helpful.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Accurate dealership records with traceable sources.
• Correctly identified decision-makers.
• Verified business contact information where available.
• Clear notes and minimal duplicates.
• Honest reporting when information cannot be confirmed.

PAY AND WORK ARRANGEMENT

Location: Remote — Philippines
Position: Ongoing, permanent role with variable weekly hours
Base pay: ₱130 per hour, plus applicable statutory benefits and premiums
Hours: Scheduled according to workload and agreed in advance; 40 hours per week are not guaranteed
Reporting to: Hammad Bhatti, Founder

All hours worked must be accurately recorded and will be paid. The paid portion of scheduled breaks is also included in paid time.

AVAILABILITY WINDOW

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM US Eastern Time.

In the Philippines, this is:
• 10:00 PM–6:00 AM the following morning during US daylight saving time.
• 11:00 PM–7:00 AM the following morning during US standard time.

The Friday US shift finishes on Saturday morning in the Philippines. Assigned shifts fall within this window; you are not expected to remain on unpaid standby throughout it.

For a full eight-hour scheduled shift, breaks total one hour: 30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid.
