This position is ideal for a hands-on systems administrator who thrives in diverse technical environments, providing both on-site and remote support for servers, networks, and end-user systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Manage user accounts, file shares, and permissions across on-premises and cloud systems.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco and Meraki network devices, including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Support business applications including Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Implement and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and policy enforcement.
• Manage backup systems such as Veeam and other image-based or cloud backup solutions.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint protection, data loss prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• Configure and enforce security policies using ThreatLocker and related endpoint control solutions.
• Perform on-site visits for troubleshooting, installations, and client onboarding.
• Assist the helpdesk with escalations and provide technical mentorship to Level 1 technicians.

Required Skills and Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows Server, networking, and desktop environments.
• 2+ years working directly with Microsoft 365 and Azure Infrastructure, Hybrid EntraID Management
• Experience performing on-site system setup and troubleshooting across servers, networks, and desktops.
• Heavy experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Working knowledge of Cisco and Meraki networking devices.
• Practical experience with backup software such as Veeam and other image or file-based solutions.
• Experience implementing and supporting endpoint security and compliance controls (DLP, Defender, ThreatLocker).
