We're looking for a Data and Inventory Management Analyst to help us analyze inventory performance, optimize ordering, and ensure we always have the right stock in the right place at the right time.

Role Summary
You’ll be responsible for managing our inventory analytics and supporting data-driven decision-making for purchasing, transfers, and forecasting. You’ll work closely with the founder and operations team to ensure our systems are optimized for accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across all retail and warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and enhance inventory reporting dashboards (in Excel, Google Sheets, or Notion)
• Analyze sales and stock data to identify reorder points, overstock, and understock
• Support automated reorder systems and suggest improvements
• Track inventory levels across multiple locations and flag discrepancies
• Generate reports that support financial, operational, and purchasing decisions
• Work with tea
• Conduct SKU-level performance reviews and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate on special projects (e.g., new store openings, product launches)
• Clean, merge, and analyze sales and inventory data
• Manage reorder point logic, buffer stock strategies, and inventory KPIs
• Build and optimize dashboards for inventory insights
• Identify inefficiencies or outliers in stock movement

• Experience in retail or warehouse inventory systems is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with a love for numbers and patterns

• Proactive problem solver who spots inefficiencies and fixes them
• Systems thinker — sees how data flows and how to structure processes
• Comfortable juggling multiple SKUs, sheets, and reports at once
• Strong communicator who can present findings clearly and concisely

• Excel (strong formulas and data manipulation required)

Requirements
• Excellent English communication
• At least 2–3 years of experience in data or inventory management roles
• Experience working with retail or multi-location inventory a must
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or similar preferred

• Part-time to full-time depending on fit
• Must be available for weekly ops sync (ET timezone)
