# Virtual Assistant – TikTok Live Set Builder & Scheduling

**Remote Position**

Our Tik Tok Shop is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage the daily setup and scheduling of our TikTok Live shows.

We operate a high-volume live-commerce business and can run up to 10 live shows per day. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of building our daily show sets and making sure every show is properly prepared and scheduled.

This is primarily an **operations and scheduling position**. You will not be responsible for purchasing, accounting, company finances, or making financial decisions.

## What You'll Be Doing

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Building TikTok surprise sets inside our internal Tool House software
* Following predefined set-building rules and templates
* Using our points-based system to create balanced sets
* Making sure sets contain the correct mix of base items, mid-tier items, bigger hits, and top/chase items
* Reviewing inventory availability while building sets
* Making sure each set passes our internal set requirements
* Building approximately 5–10 sets per day depending on the schedule
* Scheduling TikTok Live shows for our hosts
* Making sure the correct set, host, show time, and listing are associated with each show
* Keeping the daily show schedule organized
* Checking that upcoming shows are completely ready before their scheduled start time
* Communicating any inventory issues, scheduling conflicts, or set-building problems to management
* Keeping track of which sets are built, finalized, uploaded, and scheduled

## What We're Looking For

We want someone who is:

* Extremely organized
* Very detail-oriented
* Comfortable working on a computer for most of the day
* Able to follow detailed processes and rules accurately
* Good with numbers and basic math
* Comfortable learning new software
* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Reliable and consistent
* Able to work independently once trained
* Comfortable asking questions when something does not look right
* Able to communicate clearly in English

You do **not** need to be an expert on Milwaukee tools or TikTok Live before starting. We will provide training on our products, software, set-building system, and workflow.

Experience with TikTok Shop, live selling, e-commerce, inventory management, scheduling, spreadsheets, or similar operations work is a plus.

## What a Typical Day Looks Like

You will log into Tool House and review the upcoming live-show schedule.

For each show, you will:

1. Select the appropriate set template.
2. Build the set using available inventory.
3. Follow the points and product-distribution requirements shown by our system.
4. Make adjustments until the set passes all required checks.
5. Finalize the set.
6. Prepare the TikTok listing/upload.
7. Schedule the show for the correct host and time.
8. Confirm that everything is ready.
9. Move on to the next scheduled show.

Our goal is for this person to eventually own this entire process so our live-selling team can arrive each day with their shows already built and ready to run.

## This Role Is a Good Fit If...

You enjoy repetitive but important operational work, like creating systems, checking details, keeping schedules organized, and making sure nothing gets missed.

A strong person in this role should eventually be able to look at a schedule of 8–10 upcoming shows and independently make sure all 8–10 are properly built and ready to go.
