Role and Responsibilities - Policy Download Matching & Enrollment
• Manage and reconcile policy downloads from insurance carriers, ensuring accurate matching to AMS client records. We use EZLynx as their primary Agency Management Systems (AMS)
• Investigate and resolve unmatched or incorrect policy data leveraging AMS and CRM tool. We use
• Collaborate with agents to troubleshoot download issues and provide operational support
• Enroll and onboard agencies for new carrier download connections, ensuring proper setup, maintenance and activation
• New insurance carrier setup
• Coordinate with Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Commissions & Accounting, and Licensing departments to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Track data discrepancies and recurring issues, reporting insights and recommending process improvements
• Update management on Data Trends & Analysis of mis-matches and reasons
• Book of Business data pull - download data from EZLynx into Excel format, create pivot tables and visualization for management
ABILITY TO:
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Learn multiple insurance carrier systems, reporting platforms
• Be comfortable communicating with insurance carriers and agent in resolving policy un-matches and carrier setup issues
• Think outside of the box and develop tools for Independent Agents
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Be comfortable communicating with vendors (EZLynx, Carriers, etc.)
• Prepare and present clear and concise reports to variety of audiences
• Learn and become very comfortable with AMS (EZLynx) and CRM (
• Maintain confidentiality
• Plan and devise meetings and work plans
• Exercise sound decision making
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Familiarity with EZLynx,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Company tech stack softwares
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy
• Willingness to learn new systems and IT processes

This will be part-time (4 hours/daily)+ position; potentially leading to full-time. Hours are flexible between 7:30 am - 3 pm Colorado Mountain Time zone
