We are seeking an experienced Data Mining Team Leader to lead and develop a team responsible for sourcing high-quality leads for our diabetic supplies cold calling campaigns.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be expected to manage team performance, maintain lead quality, provide coaching, and assist with data mining and lead generation when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Data Miners
Monitor daily productivity, lead quality, and performance metrics
Conduct quality assurance and provide regular feedback
Train new Data Miners on sourcing methods, quality standards, and best practices
Ensure leads meet company qualification requirements before submission
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Assist with data mining and lead generation when necessary
Submit daily and weekly performance reports
Coordinate with management to meet production goals
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing a lead generation or data mining team
Strong background in lead generation, data mining, and data scraping
Experience finding and verifying high-quality leads using multiple online sources
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tea
Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online research tools
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office
Preferred Experience
Experience using one or more of the following:

Whitepages
Other lead generation and data scraping tools
Healthcare, medical, or diabetic supplies experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule
Our Data Miners work both daytime and nighttime shifts, so your schedule will be flexible. As Team Leader, you'll be expected to spread your working hours as needed to provide coverage, answer questions, monitor productivity, and support your team throughout the day.
Compensation
$5.00 USD per hour
