# Real Estate Data Manager / Data Processor

### Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical **Real Estate Data Manager / Data Processor** to join our growing real estate investment team. This position is responsible for managing, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining large volumes of real estate data to support acquisitions, marketing, lead generation, and business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong data management experience, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience with **REISift (formerly DataSift)** or similar real estate data management platforms.

### Key Responsibilities

* Determine data collection requirements and identify the most effective sources for gathering real estate data.
* Organize, implement, and maintain data collection processes and procedures.
* Manage and maintain property, owner, lead, and marketing databases.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
* Develop and enforce data management policies and best practices.
* Perform data cleansing, list stacking, deduplication, tagging, segmentation, and quality control.
* Utilize REISift/DataSift to organize, analyze, and manage real estate lead data.
* Generate reports and dashboards to support business decisions and marketing campaigns.
* Analyze collected data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
* Create custom reports and data exports as requested by management.
* Monitor the performance and functionality of data management software and related applications.
* Train tea ---------- mbers on data entry standards and data management procedures.
* Collaborate with acquisitions, marketing, and operations teams to support company goals.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable data privacy standards.

### Required Qualifications

* Minimum **3 years of professional experience** in data management, data processing, data analysis, or a related role.
* **Required experience with REISift (formerly DataSift)** for real estate list management, data cleansing, and lead organization.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting, and data analysis.
* Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
* Team-player mentality with strong collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of real estate investing, acquisitions, lead generation, skip tracing, or direct mail marketing is highly preferred.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Data Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
* Master's Degree is a plus.
* Experience with CRM systems such as Podio, Salesforce, HubSpot, InvestorFuse, or similar platforms.
* Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools.
* Experience working within the real estate investment, wholesaling, or property management industry.
