JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Data / Excel Analyst who is highly comfortable working with large and messy data files. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in cleaning, merging, scrubbing, analyzing, and presenting data clearly.

This is not a basic data entry role. We need someone who can work confidently in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, handle raw data, spot inconsistencies, organize information properly, and turn data into clear reports, summaries, and simple presentations.

Responsibilities
Clean, organize, and scrub large data sets
Merge and compare multiple Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV files
Remove duplicates and identify data errors
Work with suppression lists and filtered data
Create reports, summaries, and data breakdowns
Prepare simple presentations based on data findings
Turn raw data into clear, easy-to-understand insights
Format spreadsheets, reports, and presentations clearly and accurately
Analyze data and identify useful patterns, issues, or trends
Work with exported data from CRMs or other platforms
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling company data

Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong Google Sheets experience
Experience with CSV files and large data sets
Strong data cleaning and data scrubbing experience
Ability to create reports, summaries, and simple data presentations
Knowledge of formulas, filters, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting
Ability to merge, compare, and organize multiple spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail
Ability to explain data clearly and present findings in a simple way
Ability to work independently and follow instructions clearly
Good communication skills

Strong Plus
Experience with any of the following tools is a strong advantage:
SPSS
Power BI
Tableau
SQL
Python
SAS
Stata
CRM data exports or reporting tools
PowerPoint or Google Slides

We are looking for someone who can show real hands-on experience with data cleanup, Excel/Google Sheets reporting, and working with files. The ideal candidate is accurate, reliable, analytical, and able to turn raw data into organized reports or presentations that are easy for the team to understand.
