About the role
We are looking for a Metro Manila based, experienced Data Entry Specialist whose primary role will be to support the fatsecret Content Team in data entry and management of ongoing projects.

Things you’ll work on:
- Collect and prepare food and nutrition data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
- Entering data into database software and adhering to data verification protocols to ensure the accuracy of each entry
- Resolving any discrepancies in information
- Communicating and aligning with other members of the Content Team as well as the wider fatsecret Team

Requirements and Skills:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous Data Entry Experience (2+ years)
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
- Strong work ethic
- Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs
- A dedicated home office space and equipment with reliable high speed internet
- Previous experience with remote work is beneficial
- Based in Metro Manila

Background or experience in the following is considered an advantage:
- Nutrition, dietetics, or health-related fields
- Experience building AI solutions for real-world environments (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or others)
- Software development, data automation or analytics
