Job Title: Data Entry Associate - Audit, Reconciliation, Data Management
Company: Ponderosa Commerce

Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-time (4hrs/day), 5 days per week.
Salary: $6.25 USD/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team to assist with both data entry, email management, audit, and reconciliation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining databases, and supporting various administrative tasks. We are looking for someone to establish Audit SOPs and systems. We have very little manual entry work, this role is more focused on building Audit and Reconciliation SOPs. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. PC is looking for someone we can invest in as a company for our mutual long term success. This position entails a stepping stone into long term growth opportunities. Three years ago, we hired our team lead in this position. We believe in taking care of our employees and providing ample opportunity to grow. We have extremely low turnover and high standards.

Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
Input, update, and maintain databases and spreadsheets primarily with Google Sheets and Excel
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Conduct research and gather information as required
Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Must be advanced in excel/google sheets
Advanced English speaking
Ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures quickly
Ability to communicate effectively in remote meetings and discussions
Strong solo problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a remote work environment
Familiarity with Slack
Previous experience working as a virtual assistant in a data-intensive role
