JOB OVERVIEW

Reset Skin is a growing aesthetic clinic in Copenhagen, Denmark. We are looking for a proactive Data Analytics & Automation Specialist for a long-term, part-time contractor relationship.

Our goal is to become significantly more data-driven while reducing manual administrative work. You will help transform data from our booking, finance, CRM and marketing systems into simple dashboards, reliable reporting, commercial insights and useful automations.

This is a practical role in a small, growing business. We need accurate and cost-effective solutions that are easy for our team to use and maintain—not unnecessary technical complexity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build management dashboards covering revenue, bookings, capacity utilisation, new customers, retention, rebooking, cancellations and marketing performance
• Connect data from our booking, CRM, finance and marketing systems
• Automate weekly and monthly reporting
• Define KPIs and establish data-quality controls
• Build customer segments and automated workflows
• Develop simple internal tools that reduce manual work
• Analyse performance and proactively identify growth opportunities
• Document all solutions so they remain understandable and maintainable

Experience with these exact systems is helpful but not required. Experience working with APIs, webhooks, data exports and imperfect business data is more important.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Data analysis and business reporting
• Power BI, Looker Studio or similar dashboard tools
• SQL, APIs, integrations and data cleaning
• Make, n8n, Zapier or similar automation platforms
• KPI definition and data validation
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Clear documentation and communication

Basic Python experience is helpful, but we value business understanding, accuracy, ownership and simplicity more than complicated technology.

INITIAL PRIORITIES

1. Understand our systems, data and business goals
2. Define consistent KPIs and identify data-quality issues
3. Build a simple, reliable management dashboard
4. Automate recurring reporting and manual data tasks
5. Recommend further opportunities for automation and growth

CONTRACT DETAILS

• Independent contractor—not an employee
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Fully remote
• Long-term opportunity
• Monthly compensation of $500–$1,000 USD depending on experience with possibility for a later full-time role.
• Contractor agreement and monthly payment managed through Deel
• Potential for increased hours and responsibility over time
