We are seeking a Data Consultant to assist with a specific project aimed at improving our data analysis, reporting, and insights.
This is a one-time consulting gig, with the possibility of future collaboration or even a permanent role depending on the project's success and our evolving needs.
Project Overview
The goal of this project is to analyze product usage data using Mixpanel and streamline reporting processes across multiple platforms, including Apollo, LinkedIn,
Key Deliverables
Mixpanel Analytics
Analyze and interpret product usage trends, user behavior, and retention patterns.
Define and categorize user activity levels (e.g., inactive, low active, active, super active) on a weekly basis and over extended periods (e.g., 3-6 months).
Build dashboards and reports to visualize:
Card activation rates and trends over time.
Usage trends by user levels and industries.
Leaderboards showcasing the most active users across QCard and specific companies.
Total activity graphs displaying user trends over time.
Investigate drop-offs in usage (e.g., after the first week or month) and identify variations by industry.
User Behavior Insights
Evaluate user preferences for scanning methods and profile sharing.
Identify key industries showing sustained or high usage.
Determine common traits of users with consistent engagement.
Reporting & Integration
Export and analyze data from platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn,
Develop workflows to consolidate data into comprehensive Excel reports.
Create and document an automated reporting system for ongoing use.
Data Presentation
Design dashboards offering quick snapshots of user activity (e.g., weekly active users, super active users over 90-120 days).
Ensure visualizations are actionable and align with business goals.
Requirements
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency with Mixpanel or similar analytics platforms.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data visualization, and automation.
Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn reporting, and
Experience with task management tools like ClickUp for data tracking and reporting.
Consulting Skills:
Proven ability to deliver high-impact results within a limited timeframe.
Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with our team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Background in SaaS, digital platforms, or tech industries.
Familiarity with analyzing user behavior in B2B or B2C contexts.
