As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to own reporting, analytics, and dashboard development across multiple platforms. This role is critical in driving data accuracy, business intelligence, and insights that directly impact company strategy and operational success.
Position Overview
The Data Analyst will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing reporting systems across PowerBI, Salesforce, Striven ERP, and Coda. You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive teams to provide accurate, actionable insights. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and proven ability to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Dashboard Development
Migrate 25+ manual reports into automated PowerBI dashboards within the first 12 months.
Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for sales performance, customer analytics, and forecasting.
Develop and optimize Striven ERP reporting for financial and operational performance.
Design collaborative reporting solutions in Coda for cross-functional use.
Maintain 99%+ uptime and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
Ensure automated refresh schedules and error handling across systems.
Advanced Analytics:
Deliver predictive analytics, forecasting models, and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
Build integrated cross-functional reports across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success.
Implement near real-time analytics for critical KPIs.
Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance:
Establish data validation processes ensuring 99.5%+ report accuracy.
Develop automated error detection and reconciliation procedures across systems.
Maintain documentation of data sources, calculations, and reporting methodologies.
Business Partnership:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Provide data-driven insights to influence business strategy and operational improvements.
Train end users on dashboard usage and self-service analytics tools.
Drive adoption of new reporting solutions across the organization.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
PowerBI expertise (3+ years) including advanced DAX, custom visualizations, and data modeling.
Salesforce reporting experience (2+ years) with dashboards, custom report types, and KPIs.
ERP reporting experience (Striven preferred, or equivalent).
Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and modeling.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in variance, trend, and predictive analysis.
Proven success in managing cross-platform data integration (PowerBI, Salesforce, ERP, collaboration tools).
Preferred:
Healthcare or compliance industry background.
Certifications in PowerBI, Salesforce, or other BI tools.
Experience with Python, R, or similar languages for advanced analytics.
Familiarity with Coda or similar collaborative reporting platforms.
Experience leading BI/reporting projects or process improvement initiatives.
