DATA ANALYST (Remote, Flexible | PH-based VA) $800/month

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will help build and improve AI-powered systems, analyze data, optimize workflows, and support machine learning and experimentation initiatives. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do:
—Build and optimize AI content generation pipelines
—Design and evaluate LLM outputs (quality, cost, performance)
—Develop data pipelines and automation workflows
—Create analytics systems for API usage and cost tracking
—Train and evaluate machine learning models
—Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

We’re looking for someone who:
—Strong Python skills (pandas, APIs, scripting)
—Experience working with real-world datasets
—Hands-on experience with machine learning model training
—Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
—Experience building data pipelines / ETL systems
—Ability to work independently and ship fast
—Experience with LLM fine-tuning
—Background in analytics dashboards or experimentation
—Experience optimizing API costs
