We are looking for a full-time DTC Video Editor focused on executing high-volume Meta ads at scale.
This is an execution-focused role. Scripts, angles and overall strategy are provided. Your role is to turn these into high-performing Meta ads through strong editing, pacing and AI voice-over execution.
Responsibilities
Editing Meta ads across different formats and lengths (UGC, product-led, voice-over ads)
Turning provided scripts into high-quality AI voice-overs using ElevenLabs
Minor script fine-tuning only when needed for natural AI voice pacing and pronunciation
Matching voice-over timing with visuals, captions and hooks
Creating multiple variants per video for testing and scaling
Working fast while maintaining consistency and quality at volume
Requirements
Proven experience editing Meta DTC ads
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks and retention
Fluent English (required for AI voice-over quality and pronunciation)
Experience with ElevenLabs or similar AI voice-over tools
Experience with CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or a comparable editing program
Able to follow clear creative direction without adding unnecessary creative changes
Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
Compensation
Salary is not fixed and is based on output and volume (number of videos produced)
We test a high volume of videos every month, so once you are accepted and your work meets our standards, there will be consistent and ongoing work
With steady output, this results in a stable and competitive monthly income
Performance-based bonuses are paid when ads perform well due to strong editing and execution
