JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast growing DTC e-commerce brand scaling aggressively and looking for a video editor who can take a script and deliver a finished, ready to run Meta ad with no hand holding.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Turning scripts into ---------- to ---------- second Facebook/Meta video ads
- Creating voiceovers with AI tools (ElevenLabs or similar)
- Sourcing your own B roll, stock footage and clips
- Using AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, HeyGen or similar) for AI UGC and visuals that blend in naturally
- Editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
- Delivering finished videos ready to run, with no extra work needed on our end

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience editing UGC style and direct response ads for DTC or e-commerce brands
- You understand what makes a Meta ad convert: strong hooks, tight pacing, visuals that match the voiceover, clear CTAs
- Comfortable with AI tools for voiceover and video
- Quick learner who picks up feedback fast and applies it to the next batch
- Can work independently and source footage on your own
- Turnaround of 1 to 2 days per batch of 5 videos
- Able to handle 15 to 20+ videos per week
- Reliable communication and on time delivery
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

EDITING STYLE
- Clean, smooth cuts with no long or awkward pauses
- Visuals that match exactly what the script is saying
- Authentic, relatable UGC feel, not an overly polished commercial
- High quality footage only: sharp, well lit, no watermarks

PAY
- $7 to $15 per video depending on experience and quality
- Performance bonuses for videos that hit strong ROAS
- Long term, consistent work. We're testing a few editors, and the best one gets steady weekly volume and a full time spot as we build out the team

HOW TO APPLY

5. List the AI tools you use for voiceover and video
6. Confirm you can deliver 5 videos within 1 to 2 days
