We're a direct-to-consumer supplement brand running paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. We need a sharp video editor to cut VSLs (video sales letters) ads that sell. You'll work from scripts and raw footage/AI-generated assets and turn them into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused videos.
What you'll do:
Edit long-form VSLs and short-form UGC/ad creatives
Add captions, B-roll, music, sound effects, and motion graphics
Cut hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds
Source own B-roll
Own the creative vision from A-Z throughout the video
Organize footage and deliver clean files on deadline
Iterate quickly based on feedback and ad performance
Requirements:
Proven experience editing DTC ads or VSLs (please send samples)
Strong skills in CapCut and/or Premiere Pro / After Effects
Understanding of direct-response pacing (hooks, retention, CTAs)
Reliable internet, able to meet deadlines, fluent written English
Bonus: experience with AI tools (Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, etc.)
