JOB OVERVIEW

We're Lumin, a fast-growing US-based DTC hair wellness brand.

We're currently looking for an experienced DTC Performance Video Editor to join our team long-term.

We're not looking for a general video editor.

We're looking for someone who understands how to create direct-response video ads that sell.

If you've previously edited ads for 7-figure or 8-figure ecommerce brands, we'd especially like to speak with you.

Your Main Responsibilities

You'll help us create and iterate paid advertising creative for Meta, including:

UGC ads
Testimonial ads
Problem/solution ads
Product-focused ads
VSL-style creatives
Hook variations
New versions of winning ads
Short-form performance creatives

You should understand how things like the first 3 seconds, hook, pacing, captions, proof, product demonstration, CTA, and overall structure affect ad performance.

What We're Looking For

You should have previous experience with:

DTC / ecommerce brands
Meta/Facebook ads
Direct-response editing
UGC editing
Ad variations and creative testing
Using feedback and performance data to improve edits

Experience working with an 8-figure brand is a major advantage.
