We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our growing e-commerce operation.
This is a remote position for someone who understands ecommerce, high order volume, and performance-driven environments.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce customer support
Strong experience working inside Shopify
Ability to handle all types of customer inquiries including order status, tracking issues, refunds, returns, damaged products, chargeback threats, cancellations, and promotion questions
Strong written English skills
Ability to work independently
Calm and professional under pressure
Performance Expectations
Minimum KPI of 14
High accuracy with low error rate
Strict adherence to internal SOPs
Daily end-of-day reporting
Active prevention of chargebacks
This is a performance-based role. Speed, clarity, and ownership are essential.
Responsibilities
Managing customer
Processing refunds and cancellations according to company policy
Monitoring disputes and potential chargebacks
Working directly inside Shopify
Coordinating with logistics when necessary
Escalating complex cases when required
