JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

We’re a growing Hungarian DTC e-commerce team, and we’re looking for a strong Creative Strategist / Ad Copywriter to join us full-time.

This is not a general content writing role.

Your main job will be helping us create better-performing Meta and TikTok ads by coming up with strong creative concepts and turning them into scripts and clear briefs for our editors and creators.

You’ll work closely with our team on things like:

Researching competitors, customers and winning ads
Finding new angles, hooks and creative concepts
Writing direct-response video ad scripts
Creating detailed briefs for video editors and UGC creators
Developing different variations of winning concepts
Looking at performance data and helping us d ---------- what to test next
Building a consistent creative testing pipeline
Helping shape the overall creative strategy of the brand

We already have video editors and other people on the execution side. We need someone who can think deeply about why an ad should work before it gets produced.

We care a lot about quality.

We’re not looking for someone who just generates generic scripts or rewrites competitor ads. You should understand DTC, direct response, customer psychology, hooks, storytelling and paid social.

Experience with Meta ads, TikTok ads, UGC, advertorial-style creatives, VSLs or health/wellness e-commerce is a big plus.

This is intended to become a long-term, full-time position.
