Job Overview:
Sequence Commerce is hiring a DTC Ads Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution for direct-to-consumer brands. This role is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on performance campaigns that drive traffic, revenue, and profitable growth across major paid channels.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience managing DTC ad accounts, understands full-funnel acquisition, and knows how to balance creative testing, audience strategy, and performance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant traffic sources
- Build campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused growth
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on revenue, ROAS, CPA, MER, and customer acquisition goals
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns or improve underperforming areas
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to develop testing roadmaps and performance insights
- Audit client accounts and create strategic recommendations for growth
- Manage budgets, pacing, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and feed-based campaign performance
- Prepare clear client-facing reports, performance summaries, and action plans
- Support onboarding of new clients through account audits, setup reviews, and launch planning
- Stay current on platform changes, attribution trends, creative best practices, and DTC growth strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience in DTC or ecommerce advertising
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and Pinterest Ads is preferred
- Proven ability to manage campaigns focused on ecommerce revenue growth, not just lead generation
- Strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, conversion events, product feeds, and analytics
- Comfortable interpreting performance data and translating it into action
- Experience managing multiple client accounts at once
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience managing multiple ecommerce brands
- Experience with Amazon or Walmart advertising is a plus
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and landing page performance analysis
- Experience with reporting tools, GA4, Shopify analytics, and feed management tools
- Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day account work
