The Job
Process durable medical equipment orders from prescription to delivery. You’ll manage 50-100+ patient orders at a time, making sure everything is documented correctly and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
? Call patients to confirm orders and delivery information
? Order equipment from suppliers and track shipments
? Keep detailed records in our systems
? Follow up on prescriptions when needed
? Make sure all documentation is complete and saved properly
Requirements
Must Have:
? DME experience (medical equipment, orthopedic supplies, or similar)
? Excellent English for phone calls with US patients
? Extremely detail-oriented - you never skip steps
? Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
? Reliable internet and quiet workspace
? Available US business hours
Bonus:
? Insurance verification experience
? Pharmacy or medical office background
? HIPAA knowledge
