JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced DMCA takedown specialist to help protect the original content of our e-commerce store.

Your main responsibility will be to monitor whether other webshops are copying our product listings, images, product descriptions, branding, or other original content, and to take appropriate action when infringement is identified.

We currently use Pixsy and are also interested in hearing how you can help us build a stronger overall content-protection process.

Tasks may include:

- Monitoring the web for copied product listings and content
- Identifying copyright and intellectual property infringements
- Preparing and submitting DMCA takedown notices
- Filing infringement reports with platforms such as Shopify, Google, WooCommerce and hosting providers
- Following up on submitted takedowns until the content is removed
- Keeping clear records of infringements, submissions and outcomes
- Advising us on additional ways to protect our e-commerce content at scale

We are looking for someone who already has experience with DMCA procedures, copyright enforcement and e-commerce infringement cases.

Please explain your previous experience, which platforms you have worked with, your typical takedown success rate, and how you would approach ongoing monitoring and protection of our content.
