JOB OVERVIEW

DM OPENER VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (INSTAGRAM + TIKTOK)

We’re hiring DM Openers to start conversations on Instagram and TikTok for a fast growing online fitness coaching brand.

This role includes both warm inbound leads AND cold outbound messaging.
If you’re not comfortable starting conversations from scratch, this is not for you.

PAY

• $4.50 USD per hour for the first 30 days
• After 30 days, top performers receive a $0.50/hour raise
• Long term growth available for proven performers

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Opening conversations with warm leads, including people who
– Opt into keyword ads
– Comment on posts
– Like posts
– Follow the account

• Sending cold outbound DMs to targeted profiles
• Using provided scripts while sounding human and natural
• Managing multiple conversations daily with consistency and speed
• Identifying qualified prospects and passing them to the sales team
• Representing the brand with confidence and professionalism

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong written English
• Comfortable with cold outreach
• Experience opening DMs or setting appointments
• Familiar with Instagram and TikTok DMs
• Coachable, reliable, and detail oriented
• Stable internet and consistent availability

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
