JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time DM Setter / Sales VA

We run a fast-growing e-commerce wholesale business selling physical products to resellers. We get warm inbound leads through WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram.

This role is for someone who can sell through DMs, follow up consistently, track details accurately, and help turn interested leads into buyers.

This is not basic customer support. This is a sales-focused role.

What You’ll Do
Manage inbound WhatsApp leads daily
Respond fast and professionally
Qualify leads based on product interest, budget, and buying intent
Guide customers toward placing orders
Follow up with leads until they buy or give a clear answer
Track conversations, orders, payments, and customer details in Google Sheets / CRM
Follow scripts, SOPs, and team instructions
Send daily updates on hot leads, closed sales, and pending payments

We want someone reliable, sharp, coachable, and competitive.

You must be able to learn fast, follow systems, take feedback, stay organized, and work without needing to be reminded constantly.

We are not looking for someone who just wants an easy VA job. We need someone who takes sales seriously and wants to grow long-term with the business.

Requirements
Experience with DM setting, inbound sales, or warm lead closing
Strong written English
Able to work full-time in EST timezone
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Google Sheets / CRM
Fast response time
Reliable internet
Willing to learn scripts, products, and SOPs
WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram sales experience is a plus
Work Details

Schedule: Full-time
Hours: 40–56 hours/week
Pay: $600–$1,000+ monthly
Compensation: Base pay + commission + performance bonuses
Role: Long-term position with growth opportunities
