JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level DM Setter to join our growing team.

This role is for someone who understands sales psychology, can confidently communicate in English, and knows how to handle conversations from a place of abundance — not desperation or scarcity.

You will be speaking with entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-level individuals through Instagram and other social platforms, with the goal of building genuine conversations and booking qualified calls.

What We’re Looking For

Strong written English and communication skills
Experience in DM setting, appointment setting, or sales
Understands sales psychology and human behaviour
Can confidently lead conversations without sounding pushy or needy
Understands abundance mindset vs scarcity mindset
Self-aware, coachable, and hungry to improve
Organised, responsive, and reliable
Experience with Instagram DMs is a big plus

Your Role

Respond to inbound and outbound DMs
Build rapport naturally
Qualify leads
Book sales calls
Follow up with prospects
Keep conversations clean, professional, and high-converting

Important

We are not looking for robotic setters who copy and paste scripts all day.

We want someone who understands people, energy, positioning, and how to create genuine conversations that convert.
