Please answer these questions:
Have you worked as a DM setter or appointment setter for a high-ticket offer before?
If yes, what niche was it (fitness, coaching, real estate, etc.) and what was the typical price range of the offer?
In your previous role, were you responsible for qualifying leads before booking calls, or were you mainly focused on booking as many calls as possible?
Can you walk me through what you think makes a high-quality lead in a DM setting environment? What signals tell you someone is worth booking vs not?
If someone is interested but clearly not willing or able to invest in a high-ticket program, what would you do in the conversation with them?
How would you handle someone who keeps asking questions in DMs but avoids committing to a call?
How do you naturally bring up or identify whether someone is financially qualified without sounding pushy?
In your past role, what metrics were you tracked on? (booked calls, show-up rate, closing rate, etc.) What did you personally focus on improving?
Are you comfortable telling someone they are not a good fit for a program? If yes, how would you communicate that in a professional way?
How quickly can you respond to inbound DMs during working hours, and how do you stay consistent with high message volume?
Let’s say a 45-year-old man messages saying he wants to fix his shoulder, but he keeps saying he ‘needs to think about investing money’ and avoids giving a clear yes or no. Walk me through exactly what you would say step-by-step.
Why do you think you would be a good fit for a high-ticket coaching business where your main job is to filter leads and only bring in serious buyers?
