JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a DM-based Appointment Setter to manage incoming messages and turn interested prospects into booked calls for a premium online basketball training program.

Your role is simple: respond fast, qualify properly, and book serious buyers onto calls.

This is not just chatting, this is about moving conversations toward action.

Compensation:
$250/month base salary
$75 per closed sale (from your booked calls)
Performance-based income with consistent upside

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Responding to inbound DMs, inquiries, and leads
Asking the right questions to identify serious prospects
Guiding conversations toward booking a call
Filtering out unqualified leads
Keeping responses organized, clear, and consistent

Work Setup:
Fully remote
Must be highly responsive and available to reply quickly
Preferred working hours during U.S. daytime and evening

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who can control conversations and book calls consistently.
