We run a fast-growing results-driven online fitness coaching company helping busy Asian men lose stubborn belly fat, build lean muscle, and stay in shape without cutting out the cultural foods they love.

Our brand and client base is growing fast. As a result, we are rapidly expanding our team and looking for a high-performance DM setter who knows how to turn conversations into booked calls so we can help even more people!

Compensation:

- Full-time: 40–50 hours per week
- Pay: $650 USD per month
- Commission: 3-5% of cash collected from every client you book who enrolls
- Expected Earnings: $800–$1,200+ per month

**Top performers earn significantly more. This is a performance-based role. Your income scales with your output.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Initiating conversations with new followers, story viewers, and engaged prospects
- Reaching out to warm and targeted outbound leads daily
- Using our scripts + frameworks while making conversations feel natural and human
- Asking intelligent qualifying questions
- Moving qualified prospects into booked sales calls
- Following up consistently with warm leads
- Tracking conversations and outcomes inside our CRM
- Maintaining our brand voice and communication standards
- You will be expected to generate volume while maintaining quality.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong written English (clear, natural, professional — no grammar mistakes)
- Quick response speed and ability to handle multiple conversations at once
- 1–3+ years of experience as a DM setter (fitness industry preferred)
- Proven history of booking qualified calls that actually show up
- Reliable laptop + fast internet
- Comfortable sending 80–100+ high-quality messages per day
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
- Highly coachable and able to take feedback fast
- Competitive, disciplined, and motivated by performance
- We move quickly. You must be comfortable keeping up.
